Patience Man! Patience

Slow down? Be patient?

Right…good luck with that!

Men, it seems like we are always rushing to do something, go somewhere or get something done. Or worse, we are waiting on someone else or waiting on a test result or an email or text. Or pushing to get through our email’s or get something finished quickly so we can move on. Or honestly, just trying to figure out what to do next.

We often hear things like:

“Oh, just be patient! Or “Slow down, things will be fine!”

The realty is that as a Godly man, it’s ok to slow down and be patient. But also, to be praying and thinking about what is next.

The Key Takeaway:‍ ‍We Must Trust God’s Timing.

God’s Word reminds us that: patience produces strength, endurance, and character. Not everything will happen when we want it to, but that doesn’t mean God has forgotten us. Sometimes, He is preparing us while we wait.

But while we are waiting, what shall we do as a man striving to follow Gods plan for our life?

Keep working, keep praying, keep believing.

God is in control and has a plan for your life.

Don’t give up when the journey feels slow.

Psalm 37:7 says “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.”

When we remain faithful, pray and be patient, God will bless us in His perfect time. Trust the process, pray and push forward, trust His Word, and trust His plan. 🙏🏾
