Why Pray?
The Bible teaches us that prayer is a powerful way to draw near to God. Through prayer, we express our gratitude, seek wisdom, find peace, and place our trust in Him.
Scripture reminds us that “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16) and encourages us to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
This doesn’t mean praying every second of the day, but living with a heart that continually turns to God…
speaking with Him in every season, whether in joy, hardship, or everyday moments.
Prayer is not just for times of need; it is an ongoing relationship with our loving Heavenly Father.
Having a conversation with God praising him, thanking him and asking for guidance makes God happy and draws us closer to an ongoing loving relationship with Him.
