Trusting God Through Hard Seasons

I recently had to undergo cervical neck surgery. This is usually a 6 week recovery, Doctor said it is a pretty routine surgery…

Unfortunately things were worse than expected.

When I woke up from surgery my right side was very weak and I was unable to use my right arm and hand. The doctor says it should return to normal over time but as in life we don’t have any guarantees.

I am trusting God in his timing things will get better.. Life is funny sometimes and Life often brings us into seasons of hardship—times when the weight feels too heavy, and the road seems uncertain. But God promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Even in the darkest valleys, His presence is with us, guiding, strengthening, and carrying us through. The Bible reminds us that trials are not wasted; they build endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3–4).

Just as He brought the Israelites through the Red Sea and Daniel out of the lion’s den, He is faithful to bring us through our own struggles today. We may not always understand the “why,” but we can always trust the “Who.”

God is our refuge and strength, “an ever-present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1).

With Him, tough times don’t last forever—but His love and faithfulness do.
