What It Means to Be a Godly Man in Daily Life

Here is a question I want to challenge you to be brutally honest with yourself…

Have you fully surrendered yourself to be a real life Godly man?

The Bible calls us to more than to just believe in God - it calls us to wholehearted commitment to God. Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind” (Matthew 22:37). God desires that we trust Him, obey His Word, and seek His will above our own.

Romans 12:1 urges believers to offer themselves as a living sacrifice, holding nothing back. Jesus also taught that following Him requires daily surrender and a willingness to put God’s way before our own (Luke 9:23). When we fully commit our lives to God, we find His guidance, strength, peace, and purpose.

How do we fully commit our loves to him each day?

Begin by setting aside time for prayer daily and Scripture reading, allowing God to shape your thoughts and decisions. Look for practical ways to obey His Word in your relationships, work, finances and daily responsibilities.

Finally, regularly examine your heart and surrender any areas where you are relying on your own will instead of trusting God. These are just a few ways to get started fully surrendering. Let’s begin this journey today!
